Biography:
When I was young, I was introduced to the world of animation. Fascinated by cartoons, movies and video games, I spent a lot of my time playing games and watching various Esports game events.
I was at school when I properly started doing my research and decided that I wanted to work in the gaming field.
What is your most memorable project at Technicolor Games?
NBA 2K was the very first project that I worked on at Technicolor Games. There were a lot of technical tools to learn which made it challenging, but at the same time very exciting. I learned many things, including the animation pipeline and workflow. I am greatly appreciative of my team members, team leads and supervisor for their guidance and support.
What is it like working at Technicolor Games?
Technicolor Games is a great work environment and there are always different varieties of projects going on. The supervisors and team leads are always friendly, and open to sharing their knowledge and guidance. What’s also pretty cool, is that we get to explore new industry software like Unreal engines and more.
What are you excited about for the future?
I am very excited to broaden my project portfolio, and in doing so learn more techniques and new processes to improve my skillset.
What advice would you give to someone wanting to join the industry?
Never give up. Focus on one thing at a time and give 100% until you achieve a good-quality portfolio. It’s also important to update yourself with industry software and techniques.
